Their servers are also getting hit hard right now. Even if the OP is capable of doing more work. Fold @ Home may not be able to issue a full workload.

My 2070 gets reported as being under 50% load while actually folding (it's hard to get work these days) in task manager, but MSI Afterburner reports 100%. If I go under the CUDA tab under Performance>GPU in task manager, it reports that CUDA is under 100% load, so I guess it depends what you are using to monitor your usage. I'd say don't use task manager, because it seems to be inaccurate for many things.
