i dont think the perfomance of a pc affects the players skill. even if u
have the best pc on the market, if your a player that is not too good at q3
then best advice is practice. work on your reflects and good aim. what ever
the tweaks u have in console to have the best "seat" possible to play,
nothing beats up your own q3 skills. what does help alot too is knowing
your way in maps, good place to shoot w/o beeing seen ( not camping).
machine guns in big maps like space maps is a very effective weapons to
shoot ppl from distance and gain point fast. lastly quad with lightning gun
is one of the best way to kill ppl very fast within seconds specially if
theyre are many players. hope this helps newbies

Logical fallacy in your argument - you neglect to consider the case of the
elite pro player, who is using a sub-standard pc, config, and/or
network(ping/bandwidth) connex.

punctuation skillz might help u too. but at least your braking (most?)
