Font and water cooler

Helo people,
I want to know if i have one PC good enough because i already buy it some hardware peaces like,

Processor: AMD FX 8350
Ram: 8gb ram kingston hyperx savage 1866
Font: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G1 Power Supply
Case : Cooler Master Storm Scout-1
Motherboard: I don`t remember well, but is one asus 140 tdp for processor and supports memory too.

im gonna buy one water cooler and i see the list you show me of the best for my processor?, water cooler, and i don't know what choose. What is the best H55, H60, or seidon 120M RL-S12M-24PK-R1

If you disagreed with anything above pls help me.

The higher the Corsair number the better. But don't go to low end. Not worth it. Air coolers crush them and are quieter.

But this is what i can buy right now, i can't take another configuration later, you think this don't worth it? what exactly everything or just one peace, because i have one radeon 7870. The Dollar is high now and in my country the impost is very high because this i choose this, but im leastening what you have to say.

I mean you say it the air cooler is best then anyone this to 8350 so say some models to me about air coolers.

Due to costs and weaker currency I'd go air cooler. It performs the same as liquid but cheaper and quieter. Look into some air coolers that fit your budget. You can list here. Also, what is the mobo?

This coolers i can get (Corsair hydro H60, CoolerMaster Cooler TPC-812XS, CoolerMaster WaterCooler Seidon 120M, Cooler Zalman CNPS9900 Max Red and CoolerMaster Cooler Hyper 212X) I listed all i can buy, the value is very close between each one. So what is the best?

Those water coolers will be loud. If noise is an issue I'd get the 212X for sure. If you don't care about noise then I'd consider the H60. I really think the 212X is best since it will cool close to the others but is quietest.
