For 1080p gaming

What would be best, a ryzen 5 2600 and an rtx 2080 or an i7-8700(non k) and an rtx 2070 for gaming at 1080p, I already have a 144hz monitor and besides the 2k ones with low ms and high(over 60) refresh rates cost a tone, so thats a no no. And besides, will my 650 gold seasonic psu suffice? Thanks in advance, I am considering this due to their exact same pricing $7 of difference.

I would take the AMD and 2080 personally buy your resolution is quite low with a high refresh rate. You'll want the faster cpu

Already goes out of budget, I can spend $1150 in gpu, cpu, mb and ram. So its best to go with the i7-8700 and 2070?

I would get the i7 8700 and the 2070, that gives you a very fast processor and the 2070 should run anything with high FPS on a 1080p monitor.
