The ASRock Fatal1ty H97 Performance motherboard isn't a great option for an unlocked CPU. You will want a motherboard that uses the Z97 chipset to allow for overclocking the CPU. It's hard to recommend a motherboard since there was no budget mentioned. You also didn't include what options you are looking for in a motherboard. The ASUS Z97-A is always a good option for a quality Z97 motherboard at a fair price.

Honestly if it were between those two boards sr-71 listed, the asus z97-a would probably be the better choice. The naming scheme sounds a bit basic but it has quite a few features. The gigabyte boards are good but like any other brand they have lower end and higher end boards. I think their z97x-sli board is probably closer to the lower end of the spectrum.

Tier One-Class B: Enthusiast Level. Premium featured MoBos with SLI capability, M.2 and enough power to run any current CPUs with very high-extreme OCing capabilities. Just a step lower than Extreme Enthusiast boards, they’re no less than feature laden. Solid quality, shall serve you long.
