Question For any game or Zoom meetings my CPU is used to render instead of the GPU ?

Laptop model: Dell Inspiron 7480

CPU :- i7 7600u
iGPU:-intel hd 620
RAM:-16gb
Windows 10

In some games like fnmy cpu usage is at 100% and gpu usage is at 40%.
in fn it used to be that cpu at 40percent and gpu at 100percent
in meetings to render other persons video my cpu is spiking instead gpu sitting at 1percent
by those proofs i concluded that my laptop is using cpu to render instead of gpu
it is not like this from first. it started happening recently.

Graphics are integrated into CPU and pretty weak so cpu takes the brunt of work.

but before it used to use 100 gpu and 30% cpu
but now becuz of this issue my games are crashing
