Question For entry level 1080p video editing which gpu I should buy?

This depends on what software you're using actually. I know for a fact that if you're editing on Premiere Pro you want to have an Intel Processor, I don't know why but Premiere Pro works way better with Intel processors. About the graphics card, you should see benchmarks and figure out what works with your specs.
