Considering you want to mix ram vendors in the top one, which is normally a no go (possible but risky). I'd go with the second

Also if there is a microcenter near by where you live go there, they have i5 4570's for $150 currently i believe.

Didn't know about that, hahah thanks! :) Price:performance ratio if you were on a budget, which would you go with AMD or Intel?

This is the one you should go with if you want 1080p 60 FPS extreme gaming

CPU: Intel Core i5-3570 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor ($199.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: ASRock Z75 Pro3 ATX LGA1155 Motherboard ($66.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Memory: A-Data XPG V1.0 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($64.99 @ NCIX US)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($54.43 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 ($269.99 @ Newegg.com)
Case: Cooler Master TC102 ATX Mid Tower Case w/500W Power Supply ($37.99 @ Micro Center)
Power Supply: EVGA 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ NCIX US)
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24F1ST DVD/CD Writer ($14.99 @ Newegg)

but if you want to go with more than 1080p i would recommend a VGA with more than 3GB VGA Memory. :)

In terms of CPU I always would prefer Intel based systems. Their more expensive, but they seem to have fewer issues in games from what I can gather in the forums for the games I play, along with not running as hot. If you Do live by a microcenter I would see if they still have the 4570's for $150, and if they do, bump up the GPU on the first one to a 280x. And drop the corsair vengence ram, As you really only need 8gb for gaming, i have 8gb and have yet to find a game that uses all of it. That should be enough to almost max out BF4 at 1080p 60fps.

The 8120 isn't the best CPU, if you using a 280 or 280x I would at least use a 8350 or a i5-4570.
But yeah
a 8350 or i5-4570
GTX 770 or 280/280x
8GB 1600Mhz Dual channeled ram

Oh and almost forgot the 4570 is LGA 1150, so you'd need a different mobo then the LGA 1155 one. I would recommend not cheaping out on the mobo, seeing as it's the heart of the computer.

Oh...again, the 750W is a bit overkill, a 650W would be sufficient for that set up.

Thanks for a descriptive answer! :) But what's the highest ram usage a game has used up out of all the 8gb??
