Hard reset the router. There should be a little port on the back labeled "Reset" that you can stick something thin and small into. Press and hold the button for 30 seconds and it should reset the router to factory settings.

You should not need to reset the router. You should be able to just patch directly patch to you router using a LAN cable, login into the router's web interface, browse to wireless networking and set a new password.
