For removing ip address access restrictions in windows 7 home premium

Hello, I AM STUDENT STUDYING IN 6TH STANDARD. EVERY TIME I TRIES TO OPEN WWW.CALORXDPS.ORG THE ERROR 403.6
FORBIDDEN IP ADDRESS OF THE CLIENT HAS BEEN REJECTED APPEARS. MY HOME WORK SUFFERS DUE TO NON OPENING OF ABOVE SCHOOL SITE. I AM HAVING WINDOWS 7 HOME PREMIUM PC WITH ME.

yes it is my own computer and i want to acceess www.calorxdps.org regularly.
error 403.6 forbidden ip address of client has been rejected this message comes.

what to do ? advise urgently.

Talk to your schools IT dept. I doubt there is anything we can do.

WE HAVE T MATTER TO SCHOOL IT DEPT. THEY SAY THAT IT IS IDEA NET USER -SERVICE PROVIDER PROBLEM.

WE HAVE ALREADY TALK TO IDEA PEOPLE. IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT , THEY SAID.

It might not be their fault, but as your school its their job to fix the problem. If they are banning your IP address, they need to be the ones to fix it.

You aren't running a firewall or other program that restricts access to websites are you?
