Aloha amigos.
I'm currently considering a cpu upgrade from the r5 2600 to the r5 3600. I run my r5 @ 4.3 ghz 1.35v with ht disabled. I dont use ht because of the massively higher single core performance vs the same frequency all core. I game on a 1080p 144hz freesync panel.
What i want is a kind 3600 owner with decent ram (running at 3333 minimum) to do a quick test for me. I want you to disable HT and then overclock the cpu as high as it will go (im guessing it will hit 4.4ish) , and then post a cpu z score on this thread. This will give me an idea of the gaming improvements i will gain with this cpu upgrade.
My specs:
r5 2600 @ 4.3ghz HT off 1.35V
Ram at 3333mhz g skill sniper
msi pc mate b350 mobo
Gpu @ 2ghz rtx 2070 msi armour
650w gold Psu corsair
My CPU-z Score
