Bought this processor new, and after using it for one day, I decided to get the 4770k. Therefore, this processor is basically new. It comes with all originally packaging and accessories, including stock fan. However, the stock fan does not have the thermal paste on it anymore, since it was used for the one day as well. I think that is quite rude to say, but it is true. I think this is credible for a price but you might want to include something else with it. 200 is a much more reasonable price but at the same point he probably bought from newegg. If it was 230 and used once 210 is acceptable.
