For smooth video editing

I have upgraded my pc to i5 7400 with ga b 250 m d3h mobo and 8 gb ram and I want to add some more hardware for smooth 4k video editing only. Please suggest whether I should add another 8gb ram or gtx 1050 ti graphics card (only for video editing)

You can eddit smooth 4k videos already.

that 8gb ram or gtx 1050 ti isn't going to make it smoother.
