[SOLVED] For streaming, Ryzen 5 3600 or a Ryzen 3 3100 with a 1660 Super?

I'm aware that the GTX 1660 Super has NVENC technology, so I'm wondering if streaming would be fine with a Ryzen 3 3100. I'm trying to save as much money as possible, so if it would work just the same as the 3600 then I'd like to use the 3100.

Solution
The 3600 is a six-core/12 thread CPU, that would dominate in a gaming while streaming scenario...

Go for the 3600 if the 5600X is out of reach!

Won't NVENC use GPU resources that could be used to improve the gaming performance? I'd go for a higher core count processor as the GPU is more likely to be the bottleneck with any Zen2 or Zen3 CPU, so why slow it down.
