For Video Editing and 3D Rendering, is 5850 still better than the 460?

I spent several days reading about the Nvidia GTX 460 and ATI Radeon 5850 and I still cannot make up my mind.

The general consensus is that the 5850 is better than the 460, BUT majority of reviews are testing games.

Without starting a war, can someone please tell me simply if the 5850 is still better than the 460 for video editing (Premiere) and 3D work (C4D) and why. NO GAMING involved in the decision or cost difference.

Thanks!

It would be nice, but I'm not that of a professional yet to afford their high end cards. :)

I've been fine with mainstream cards for a while now anyway.

As far as the 460 and 5850, I think the only benefit of the 460 for me is CUDA for Premiere which is similar to the Quadro's ... but would the greater power of the 5850 defeat any CUDA benefit on the 460?
