For WIFI Starting button orange

Solution
That's a common problem on HP/Compaq laptops - - the WiFi adapter fails and WiFi LED stays orange instead of changing to green or blue.
If you look in Device Manager you will probably see that the WiFi device is missing altogether, not even an error symbol for it. That's because Windows can no longer detect it because effectively it no longer exists.

You can buy a USB wireless adapter, but be sure to begin driver installation before plugging it in.
