Everytime I want to play a game on my 144 Mhz monitor (AOCG2590FX) - I have to start my game, alt+tab out to windows desktop > open display settings > advanced display settings > Display adapter properties > monitor and de-select 144 Mhz to fx. 120 Mhz and then re-select 144 Mhz to force it on.

If I don't do it - my game is very laggy and ghosts.

As soon as this is done the games runs perfect, until I restart it.

Running windows 10, v. 1903
AOCG2590FX monitor connected to displayport.
Geforce 2060 Super RTX / Nvidia drivers updated to latest.
Windows display settings is set to run 144 Mhz.

Any ideas to how to keep the 144 Mhz running constantly without me having to mess with it everytime I start a new game ?
