Forced closed a game whilst installing assets

Hey,
So today I was downloaded a huge map on Cities skylines and didn't realise it used quite a lot of mods, I believe it was 700. Anyway, I accidentally pressed enable all, This froze my game so I couldn't click cancel I had to force close using task manager. Can this damage or corrupt other files on my system? I do not mind about the game being damaged

It shouldn't do anything to the OS, or even the game itself. Just clean install the game if the mods make it unable to run.

What about other files? Like on my SSD. I invest a lot of time into the programs on my SSD. My Games are on my hard drive.
