Forgot a game's name - Looks almost EXACTLY like All Guns on Deck, only about 10 years older.

The game is almost exactly like All Guns on Deck, only with consecutive ship-to-air combat. You play as a ship in a 2 dimensional sidescrolling game, the game is a bit slow paced and it has wobbly water physics. Also, whenever explosive projectiles hit the water, it creates a small wave. Anyone know what I'm talking about? I've been looking for this game for years, thank you.
