Hi the title pretty much says it all, My grand mother is 68 years old and she forgot her password for her windows login.
she has a E machine windows vista home basic, Is there a legal safe way to reset the password through burning a safe iso on a disc or other software? if so where is a place I can find a legit safe source?
I did try booting from a flash drive but it said after booting from usb in BIOS boot failed. Not sure why.
As far as i know this machine was bought from a charity group called good samaritan, as such it did not come with a recovery disk, and all the woman really wants to do is play solitaire on it haha
If possible i'm looking for software that's under 400mb in size if at all possible I got a blank cd but it has a 500mb limit.
Can you guys help?
Thanks
