That's quite an expensive cost for having a third party custom build it for you. Have you considered building it yourself? You can easily use that money to get the best GPU on market like GTX 1080 Ti or RTX 2080 perhaps.

Building your own is so much fun and so many video tutorials available out there. Heck, if I live near you I'll gladly build it for you just out excitement of creating a super gaming pc.
 
Hey it looks great to me! Great CPU, RAM, Mobo, PSU, GPU, and CPU Cooler.

I think I would consider the Kraken X62 if I were buying it though. Not much more cost for better performance. And I saw Apevia case fans, not sure I'd go with those. Probably go with something good like Corsair for fans.

Looks great though.
