Forgot my password

so recently i brought a new laptop and i set a password for it to login in. i believe it asked for a pin which in my case was four numbers. but today i tried to login and it asked for a password i forgot what it was, is there anything i can do to remove it or get a new one. I tried hotmail and it says your account has been blocked for trying to many incorrect password plzz help

We have no way to know it is your laptop. We will not help you bypass ANY security measures. How can you forget the password you have to use to log in every day?

If you can PROVE you own it then talk to the manufacture for assistance or contact a computer shop.
