Forgot password

Hello,
I have forgottn my password to my router.
I have a new AmazonFire and cannot get
it connected to wifi.. I appreciate help.

reset the router, depending on the router there should be a reset button in the back. log on to the router, if you don't know the default password look it up using google. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=default+router+passwords simple said simple done.

the default username and password should be on the label either on the rear or underside of the router

usually the username is admin OR administrator
usually the password is password OR admin OR changeme

Thats kinda cool, I have never bought a router yet that I found where the username and password were out the outside of the device. Must be something new, and if the router is buffalo neither of offerings you gave will work. Hopefully its linksys or netgear.

Buffalo depends on the model but is normally Root for the username and either blank (no set password just enter key) or Root or Admin depending on the model router !
