Question Forgot the name of a game

In this game you would start with a gun, like a paint gun.You could only paint one type of color, and that color would do something specific, like making you jump. You would then go to the next level after doing the puzzle. You could then unlock a new color in an other level which did something else. Then an other one, i don't know how many there were, but I do know that some levels were in a city. I played it like 5 years ago.If you complete the levels, you are brought to a sandbox level where you can collect the paints easier and explore the level, jt was a pretty big one. I remember jumping and speeding around it. If you can help, please tell me whar the name of the game is.

Nevermind, I somehow remembered it had Tag in it's name and I actually found it, It's actually pretty old! Like more than 10 years old. It's name was Tag The Power Of Paint
