Forgotten password how to reset my laptop windows vista advent?

I have a advent windows vista laptop and have completely forgotten the password and want to know how to reset the laptop. I don't mind if it clears everything on my laptop I just want to know how I can get back into it please xx

Which password, Windows, BIOS, hard-drive? For BIOS and hard drive, the vendor may be able to help. To set the laptop back to factoy defaults, use either the restore patition if the laptop has one, or the restore disks it came with. If you don't have either, contact the vendor and they should be able to send you a recovery media set.
