Question Forgotten PDF document password.

Thanks for looking. I've forgotten password/s for a couple of PDF documents so I'm locked out. I've tried a few online "unlock password" sites but none have worked, they all require a document password to proceed. Is there anything I can do?

The documents were saved using Foxit PDF Reader free
Windows 10 pro 64-bit laptop.
