Form Factor Question

I'm building an ultimate overkill pc (Parts like gpu are subject to change so please no flaming)

My big question here is I will be using an ATX power supply with a SSI CEB mobtherboard. Will that cause any problems/incompatibilities? EX: Voltages

Note: I know that the 900D does not support CEB but I figured that since it's so closely related to E-ATX I could try to mount it like that and create custom holes if needed.

I am not so certain about the connections to a workstation motherboard.
The board requires
2 x 8-pin EATX 12 V Power connector
1 x 6-pin EATX 12 V_1 Power connector(s)
1 x 24-pin EATX Power connector(s)
1 x 8-pin ATX 12V Power connector(s)
The psu has:
24 Pin ATX: 1x
EPS (CPU): 2x 8pin (4+4)
PCIE: 9x 8pin (6+2), 5x 6pin
SATA: 16x
Four-Pin Peripheral: 6x
FloppyP: 2x
I don't lnow if EATX and ATX makes any difference.
It might be worth a call to asus to verify exactly what is needed and is compatible.


And... What will this monster be used for?


Thanks for the quick reply. So the ATX PSU won't have any wattage problems with a CEB mobo?
I will be changing the GPU's to the nvidia 20nm ones that will be released in 2015 since they will have a 50% performance increase. I will be needing all that GPU power to handle 4k surround. Also I will be doing some heavy overclocking so I'm just giving myself some head room for that with power delivery.

Dam, I'm terrible with wattage. It will be used for 4k surround gaming and overclocking.
 


Yes, 2x8pin and a 6 pin to deliver extra power to gpu's if needed which in my case I will be needing.

This all seems so complicated and frustrating. I'm really thinking of just switching out the mobo entirely right now. The only reason why I picked that one is because of the plx chip that would deliver x16 to all PCIe slots. After all of this, I'm thinking about just getting a mobo with at least x16 or x8 for 3 PCIe slots and only going with a 3 way sli since the last card might bring my preformance down.

Do you have any suggestions on mobo/cpus?
