Format 64GB to FAT32

I just purchased a new dash cam that requires me to format the microsd card to FAT32; only when I try to format it on my computer, it only gives me the option to format it to exFAT. How do I format it to FAT32?!

Format it in the dashcam settings.
If you have to do it in the PC, you need to delete whatever partition is on it, and start clean.

Also, can your dashcam actually use a 64GB microSD?
Mine can't. 32GB max.

Limitations under Windows 8/7/Vista/XP: A FAT32 partition cannot be created that is larger than 32GB. A file cannot be transferred to a FAT32 partition if the file is larger than 4GB.
