format memory card

I have a new nanny cam and new 32gb mc instructions say format card before use how do I do this

If you have just bought the card, it is already formatted. Otherwise - plug it into your laptop (most laptops these days have card reader built-in), or get a USB card reader from whenever you shop. Then, open Disk Management, select the card, right-click, select format. Make sure you select the card, and not a hard-disk partition).
