Format of pendrive

Hello,
i want format the pendrive but i do not format pendrive because it create write protection
please help me

1. Remove the write protection:

2. Format the pen drive:
Start => Setting => Control Panel =>Administrative Tools => Computer Management =>Disk Management=> Right click your drive on the list => format it.
