Format or not format

Hello,
I have recently purchased a cannon HFR205 camcorde with a PNY8gb professional sd card,i have downloaded the fist video i have taken on to my pc but i canot find the video anywhere to play back.
help please

Do a search for the name of the video on the C: drive. Or re-download it and watch where it saves it.
