yesterday I had my format that is always there. Today it's completely different and I do not like it. Please tell me where my usual format is. I do not want AOL

What format are you talking about? Format usually applies to erasing storage space and the layout of a word document.

What does it have to do with AOL?

Are you signed on as your normal user account?

If everything was fine yesterday, you can run a system restore to yesterday or before and it should be back to normal.
