I have a lenovo b570 that stopped working so I reformatted the hard drive. I believe this got rid of the networking drivers. How would I reinstall them? I tried putting the executable on a flash drive and using that to install but my computer still can't see wireless networks. Any help is appriciated

That is true, if there are no network drivers, hooking it up to the wall won't do anything. If Ethernet drivers are there but WiFi is not, then yes that would work.

After a format there is a good chance that neither wired or wireless card are working.

Use a second computer, go to Lenovo's site, find the computer model there, download the Chipset, Ethernet, Wireless, Video and Audio drivers, stick them on a USB drive and install on the laptop.
