First, you'd have to find a different computer to which to connect your drive, either externally or internally. After that go ahead and try out some data recovery programs like the one suggested in this thread:

The bad thing is that I'm not sure if this is going to work if the drive has already been formatted with a Linux file system, because Linux file systems are not supported by Windows. On the other hand, if you can get to your data, you should be able to recover all the files that weren't overwritten by the installation of Linux (if you were able...
