formatted pc on one drive but not recognising the other reads same drive

ive recently formatted my pc. I have 2 drives, a 120 gb and a 500gb sata drives. in my pc it reads the same drives the 120gb for both drives. can anyone help me please. even in the bios it reads the same.....help

Hi Default-, run Disk Part Clean and wipe out all partitions. That should take care of the problem.

ive done that now the drive doesn't show at all

its showing in the bios but not as a second drive. I have an x99 a11 asus board

Default- , you need to set the correct boot sequence in the BIOS. See the manufactures website for details.
