Formatted Windows HDD to clean install Windows 8.1, but it won’t boot on the computer I need it for

Well, I did a clean install of Windows 8 onto the hard drive out of an office computer, for a friend. I simply put the hard drive into my system, formatted the disk, and then used a boot USB to install Windows 8 onto the drive, through my computer. Everything works fine when I use the HDD in that computer, but nothing will work when I put it in the computer that it needs to work in. I need help figuring this out ASAP.

IF you are saying you formatted and installed windows in System 1 and you want to use the Same OS in System 2 Then no it wont work
you need to install the windows for system 2 to work as the motherboard drivers and all changes

Alright, gotcha. Now, I can’t get the PC to boot off of a USB drive. So, any advice?
