Formatting Main Hard Drive

I just decided to Format my Hard Dreive . I got 4 Partitions and i want to format my Drive . Any Suggestions? thanks!

If it's to "freshen" an old OS install then just format the C:\Partition and keep the rest .... if you want to just return it to one big drive, just delete all the volumes and reformat.
