Formatting SSD with Windows 10 on it.

I'm building a new within a month and installing a fresh Windows on it. I'm also going to buy a new SSD and HDD on it. I would like to format my previous SSD with the OS on it, but I don't know how. Can I do it in the process of installing the new OS on my new PC via Installation media?
If someone could help me it would be really appreciated.

When you install the OS in this new system, have only ONE drive connected.

After it is all up and running, you can connect other drives and wipe them.
