Hi there! I have a SSD with windows installed on thats needs to be formatted and have windows reinstalled.
Then i have 2x 1TB in a Raid0 setup that i setup through windows...
Now if I format that SSD with windows on, will I lose that data on the Raid Array because it was setup through windows and not my BIOS? Just scared that its basically windows telling that those two drives are in raid, and if i format that that info will be lost

As always, a RAID 0 should never be used without a known good backup.

Your RAID 0 config may be able to be reinstated after the new install.
Maybe.

But what if it fails, for any of a number of reasons.

Backup our data, reinstall the OS, see if you can reconstitute the RAID array.
If you can, great. If you can't, then you have the data in your backup for after you create a new RAID array.

Do NOT depend on a "Yes you can do it no problem" without a known good backup.
