Vivaldi is great and all, but really, I prefer Verdi. Wagner would be ideal, but the loading times would be absurd.

OK folks -- downloaded and installed Vivaldi -- and have to say that it is not even as fast, at least at this stage, as the last Opera 12.17. Opera folks should get their act together. Maxthon blows most other browsers away in the speed and feature department....

I didn't have any issues with Opera and stability until they switched to Chromium.

I use cyberfox and lots of plugins. Works great with 50+ tabs open. I broke the 4GB barrier with it before thanks to it being 64bit. This is the reason I can't survive with a mobile browser. I end up crashing them when i got past 15 tabs no matter which one I use. 2 or 3GB of memory just isn't enough on a phone when you go tab crazy.

Someone should write a web browser in javascript. That way, you could run it in your browser of choice.

Opera did. And it was good.

Today I'd say 32 bit Chrome is the one.

Old Opera browser was the best, IMHO. Hope new Vivaldi lives up to that legacy.

Fit to width, toggle images, session manager... Oh how I long for the heyday of ol' Opera!
