Question Fortnite always have fps drops

I have the dell G7 the 1060 max q and i7-8750H and I play on low settings and still get fps drops

Have you tried uninstalling your GPU drivers with DDU and reinstalling with the latest from Nvidia's support site? Which version of Windows 10 are you on(assuming it's Windows 10)?
