Storage - 120 Gb SSD and 1 Tb HDD

Would it be possible to change the CPU to the 1200, MB to a B350 & get faster memory?

Well, I got my Ryzen 1300x at the price of 1200 and i don't plan to overclock so I bought it. Yeah, I should have bought a faster memory but i ran out of budget XD.
