Fortnite Audio Problems (PC)

My Audio for gunshots is extremely loud, while my footsteps are quiet, there is no option for both it is just sound FX. Meaning, I cant change them separably only together.

You may want to see if the issue is isolated to just Fortnite or if it's compounded on other titles. You may want to see if you've got any audio driver updates pending and for good measure, make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your platform.
