Question Fortnite content not loading

I'm having a problem with texture/content loading during online game with Fortnite.

The network wired and wireless is good, getting more then 100 mbps in download in speedtest website.

The ping in Fortnite is good too 22ms.

My system also is good, with 12 g of ram, i5 4460 and a GTX Super StormX OC 1650

I can run benchmark software heaven with high quality at a high FPS.

Fortnite online was running good until a power outage occurred.

Now I play fortnite online and some building aren't loaded, and they take forever to load. I have maximum 8 kb/s in download and upload in the top left of the game and a ping to 22ms (which is very good for the ping)

I can play in creative without problem.

What could be problem?

Download stuff from internet is super fast, but from Epic Game launcher, super slow, going at 13 mb/s max.

Immediate thoughts:

Power outage - maybe a corrupted file or files.

Any speed difference if you temporarily disable any AV software?

Try reinstalling Epic Game Launcher.

I've already tried to uninstall fortnite and epic launcher and re-install.

Disabled AV software and no difference too.

I have a spare hard drive here, I will try to re-install windows on that hard drive and start from scratch, maybe.
