[SOLVED] fortnite driver crashes

so recently I have put in a rx 5700 xt and its running alright until now with the new launch of the new fortnite season i am constantly crashing and not even acheving good fram rates barley 144 fps please help as its getting really annoying

hi i have recently purchase a rx 5700xt and i have had so many driver crashes when playing fotnite i have uninstalled old drivers and re installed new ones i think i hvae unistalled the last graphics cards drivers and its still not working please help

Go to fortnite options and select directx 11 instead of 12 and apply , then it restart the game and doublecheck its off. If that dont help, verify fortnite files from the epic games launcher (google how).

First try the battleeye uninstall / install then easy anticheat repair / uninstall / install. If that wont work then update your graphics drivers.

If none of this help, try to lock your gpu to use GEN3 pcie instead of GEN4 or auto setting from BIOS, (google is your friend for this one, rememebr all the manufactors of motherboards have different kind of bios settings , you will find out how)
