Question Fortnite epic graphics with Note 9 please help

I have note 9 8gb ram and I downloaded fortnite on my phone but I cant choose epic graphics I dont know why and maximum 30fps

Is this mean note 9 8gb ram= 1000$ cant run fortnite on epic ??
