Fortnite framerate issues

Hello guys,

I was just wondering how phones can run Fortnite so easily.
And almost all budget laptops but my pc cant run it.
My pc stays at 20 fps in low settings at 500x400 resolution.
I know this isnt supposed to happen, I have a powerful cpu.
I just cant afford a new gpu for now.

Specs:
Ryzen 1600
Gigabyte X370 Gaming K5
Trident Z RGB 16
WD 1 TB
650 Watt PSU

R5 230 1 GB.
Even though its really bad, shouldnt my CPU be fine enough?

That's the reason why...the R5 230 is an absolutely terrible GPU for gaming.

The reason why your FPS is bad is because phones have BETTER integrated graphics performance than that R5 230.

So the game is running entirely on the CPU? The GPU usage is really high
