Fortnite freezes entire computer on start up

I’ve been experiencing stuttering and frame drop in fortnite for a a couple days then it turned into fortnite just freezing on startup I’ve checked gpu temps and everything seems fine.I can’t ctrl+alt+del either it’s a total lock up I would really appreciate some help on this

8-gb ddr4 ram
650x coirsair power supply
