[SOLVED] Fortnite & GTA5 Taking up 80-90% CPU Usage

Hello, I have recently noticed when playing Fortnite and GTA 5 my computer has been struggling to load graphics for both of these games. Across both games I have my graphics set to the lowest settings possible and my CPU usage is still tanking 80-90%. I have tried most everything I could to fix this. My specs are as listed below,

AMD A6-6400K 3.9GHz Dual-Core
ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Micro ATX FM 2 Motherboard
Patriot Viper 3 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3-1866 Memory
Seagate Barracude 1TB 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
EVGA GeForce GTX 960 2GB Superclocked

If anyone has any tips on how to decrease these usage percents please let me know.

usage is fine for your weak cpu.
check cpu temp? defrag the hdd? malware scan the system?

You're playing games that can use up to 8 cpu threads - yours just has 2.
Can't expect much from that...

For GTA you get this problem because of how the game is made,it prefers to run the main thread as fast as possible even if that means that other threads,like the ones that draw the backgrounds,don't get to run at all.
The solution is to use a frame limiter like so.

You can also fix this by adjusting the threads themselves,but with rockstar banning anybody for anything I would not suggest this.
