Question Fortnite has a VSYNC input delay but says 144 fps

Changed gpu to r9 280x, fortnite has large input delay and AMD software says 60 fps, but fortnite says 144 fps, other games doesn't the problem

V-Sync causes an input lag. Can you provide screenshots of where you are seeing 60 & 144fps.

I don't know how to give screen shots but everytime I close fortnite, the AMD software counts the average and it says 60 fps sometimes even less. And I also feel a v sync like delay

What Hz is Windows display settings set to?

I have also tried changing monitor and cable, drivers (fixed once then doesn't work again), settings in fortnite and AMD

It's on 60 hz
